About Us

In 1964, my Mom and Dad arrived to America. They came here for the American dream. Dad, a self taught baker, landed in Middletown in 1971 and opened his bake shop when I was 6 years old. I have memories of translating orders for customers so that Mom and Dad would understand. You grow up fast as a child of immigrants. You take on many responsibilities early in life. I remember how excited I was taking care of my first customer - I think I was nine - and soon thereafter I followed in their footsteps learning the trade.

In 1987, baking brought me to Monticello, New York where we began our journey in building a business for our family. My sons Felice and Vincenzo both have continued the tradition, learning from both their grandparents and parents.
